Raskin Commercial Buffable Rinse Cleaner (Concentrate)
Raskin Commercial Buffable Rinse Cleaner is a specially formulated cleaner and restorer which deposits a buffable film after cleaning. During cleaning, Raskin Commercial Buffable Rinse Cleaner quickly and easily removes soil and residue from spills such as soft drinks, etc. Raskin Commercial Buffable Rinse Cleaner is recommended to clean resilient plank and tile flooring. It can be applied using a damp mop method or in an auto-scrubber. A red type pad should be used for scrubbing. A white pad is suggested for polishing. Be sure any pads chosen are suitable for use. Use of this product will not harm the floor’s finish and frequent use of this will prolong the life of the floor.
This product is phosphate free and has a pleasant sassafras fragrance.
Directions
For cleaning only: Rinse floor completely after mopping or scrubbing.
For buffing: After the cleaning procedure, do not rinse floor, as this will remove the protection of this product. Allow the floor to dry to a dull film. Buff to sheen using a 175-300 RPM machine with polishing pad or brush.
Dilutions recommended below are approximate and may need to be varied according to soiling conditions:
- For light purpose cleaning: 1 ounce per gallon of water
- For normal cleaning: 2 ounces per gallon of water
- For moderate to heavy cleaning: 3-4 ounces per gallon of water
If you plan on applying floor finish, this product must be removed completely after the cleaning procedure. This can be accomplished by thoroughly damp mopping with water.
Do not pour product onto surface, excess liquid can seep through and loosen adhesive.

First Aid
If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention.
